The unique Helical Offset Tooth (HOT) profile, synthetic rubber backing, and aramid cord tension member all combine to deliver reduced noise by up to 19 dB, 80% higher strength than conventional synchronous belts, and vibrations up to 20% lower. Using aramid cord as the tensile member results in no ageing or elongation, eliminating the need for any re-tensioning.
